    The Packers and Lions both have the best records in the NFC North, but the Lions are the currently Leading the division based on tiebreakers. Check out the link under the division standings tables to see the tiebreakers described in incredible detail.

    Here is a summary of the current tiebreakers for the division lead between the Packers and Lions:
    WLT: Tied @ 4-0
    Head-2-Head: N/A
    Division WLT pct: Tied @ 1-0
    Common Opponents: N/A
    Conference WLT pct: Tied @ 3-0
    Strength of Victory: Tied @ 8-11
    Strength of Schedule: Tied @ 8-11
    Combined Ranking in Points Scored and Allowed Among Conf Teams: Tied @ 6
    Combined Ranking in Points Scored and Allowed Among ALL Teams: Lions 10, Packers 14 (Lions win because smaller is better)

    Unfortunately a Packers win tonight will not give them tie breaker advantage over the Lions since the packers SOV record will worsen slightly to 10-14 because the Falcons would fall to 2-3, which would actually weaken the Packers SOV.
